PCR360 is a structured and enriching afterschool program designed for Kindergarten through 3rd grade students. The program takes place in the Kids Room at PCR and is supported by caring and experienced Recreation staff.

Daily Routine:

• Children arrive via the Eagles View Elementary school bus

• 2:45 PM to 3:15 PM: The children will join YouthRec program in the gym with Ms. Cynthia and the Recreation Coordinators

• 3:15 PM to 3:45 PM: Students enjoy a nutritious snack prepared by our staff

• 3:45 PM to 4:00 PM: Movement and track time to help children release energy and engage in physical activity

• 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM: Structured activities designed to support learning, spark creativity, and build communication skills

• 5:00 PM to 5:15 PM: Choice time, where children may choose to have free play, or play outside on the playground, or continue with the previous activity

• 5:15 PM to 5:25 PM: Clean-up and prep for dismissal

• 5:25 PM to 5:30 PM: Parent/guardian pick-up

Monday–Thursday Programming Includes:

• Strengthening academic skills through engaging activities

• Building community awareness and involvement

• Enjoying delicious and healthy snacks

• Learning songs and practicing short plays to present to families and the community

• Enhancing communication and social skills through a blend of structured activities and creative play

Friday Activities:

• Weekly visit to the pool for Friday SPLASH

• Library story time to wind down the week

Outdoor Time:

• When the weather is (relatively) warm, still, or dry, the group may visit a local playground during program hours.

Day Camp is available for children in Kindergarten through 4th grade on days when school is not in session due to parent-teacher conferences, select holidays, or in-service days. Families may enroll their child in Day Camp to ensure continued care and engaging activities during these non-school days.

Snacks are provided.

Please send your child with an outerwear appropriate for all weather forecasted that day.

Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays

Time: 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Location: PCR Gym

Tot time is a free indoor play program open to children from newborn to five years old. It offers a safe and welcoming environment for young children and their families to play, explore, and connect with others.

Each session is held in the PCR Gym and includes open play with age-appropriate toys and activities. On Wednesdays, the Pirate Ship inflatable is available for additional fun. On Fridays, children can enjoy the Castle inflatable.

No registration is required. Parent or Guardian supervision is required at all times.
