Join us for a high intensity, low impact aquatic workout! This is a group fitness class that will get your heart pumping and body moving without beating up your bones and joints. This workout is for all skill levels and will be conducted in the deep end of the pool with Aqua belts. Aquatic dumbbells and ankle weights are provided if desired.

We have a special time set aside for Unalaska’s littlest swimmers and their families! Enjoy some splish-splashing’ in the pool with other children of this age group. Children ages 3 and under must wear a swim diaper, and a parent/guardian must be in the water providing direct supervision. Fitness Center and Sauna will not be available.

When school lets out early, kick off the weekend at the Aquatics Center! Take advantage of our free swim for school-aged kids. Parents welcome, fitness center and sauna not available.

Throughout the school year, the Aquatic Center teams up with Eagle’s View Elementary to provide weekly swim lessons to grades Kindergarten - 5th. Make sure your child gets their permission slips signed & turned in to their teacher, and check to see what week they are scheduled to swim! Don’t forget your swim suit and googles!

The Aquatic Center will be hosting a Junior Lifeguard training course this Winter. This class covers rescue techniques, first-aid, aquatic safety, and emergency equipment-like lifesavers.

The Aquatic Center will be hosting a Lifeguard/CPR training course this Spring for individuals who wish to become a lifeguard. There will be a class the first week after school ends. Certificate valid for one year.

Come to the Aquatic Center and enjoy a movie on the big screen while swimming in the pool. Every month this Winter and Spring, bring your friends and family to float around and relax, or to take part in the action of your favorite films. Children who have not passed their swim test must be accompanied by an adult.

This event provides a fun night for all ladies such as grandmothers, mothers, daughters, sisters, and all other friends to have some quality relaxation time at the pool. In-water and out-of-water activities such as, facials, nail painting, coloring, etc., will be provided.

PCR’s Youth Swim League is a great way to introduce children to competitive swimming. Participating in Youth Swim League will encourage swimmers to build endurance, learn technical drills, and prepare them for Middle School and High School Swim Team. Deadline to register: March 1st

When the lights go down, the teens take over. High schoolers, this one’s just for you! Unwind at the Aquatic Center with a free, late-night swim session designed exclusively for 9th–12th graders. Bring your friends, dive in, and kick back at The Deep End Club.
