The Aquatic Center's Open Lap Swim will be closed Friday, October 4th & Saturday, October 5th at 5pm - 7pm due to UCS Swim Meets. Come by and cheer on your Unalaska Raiders. The Sauna and Fitness Center will still be available during this time. Thank you!

It's finally that time of year to pick your FOREVER pumpkin from the Aquatic Center's floating pumpkin patch! Mark your calendars for Friday, October 18th. Starting at 6:30PM, each age group will have 30 minutes to swim in search of their perfect Halloween Pumpkin. Following the ‘picking’, children will head up to the Mezzanine where glitter, paint, and stickers of all colors will be available to decorate pumpkins.

Join us for a vibrant exploration of acrylic painting in our 4-week Art Afterschool class, held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the Community Center Art Room. From mastering techniques such as color mixing and brush strokes to creating stunning compositions, this class offers a supportive environment for children to explore a new medium 🎨🖌

To avoid overlapping with the inaugural Unalaska Little League season and to accommodate staff availability at PCR, we’ve made some adjustments to this year’s Youth Basketball Season schedule.
New Dates:
📅 Season: October 14 – November 23
📅 First Practice: Monday, October 14
📅 First Games: Saturday, October 19
We’re still offering a full 6-week season of fun and competition! Plus, the registration deadline has been extended to Wednesday, October 9.

Coaching is a fantastic opportunity for parents and family members to bond with a player and support a whole team of Unalaska’s youth. As a bonus, coaches receive free enrollment for one player in the league. Sign up at the PCR front desk and make a difference!
