Join the City of Unalaska for our annual summer event! We have over 35 amazing local vendors ready to showcase their products, food and activities for the community 😍
Carnival games, face painting, prizes and more down at Town Park 12-4pm.
Starting the day off at 11 am join the UCSD Cross Country team for a super fun Slime Run!!
Throughout the day we will host eating contests, lip sync contests at the main stage and a beautiful line up of local cultural dance groups 🩵
Taking off at 3 pm will be the Qawalangin Tribe, annual Heart Walk
The Cross Country team is also excited to announce their Slime Booth Schedule! Dunk one or all of these find volunteers 🥳

Camp Adgayux NEXT WEEK!!!
There are still a few spots left in this great camp for those who aren't quite old enough for Camp Qungaayux. Students in grades 1-3 are invited to join instructor Sharon Svarny-Livingston for a fun and informative week; learning about the indigenous culture of Unalaska through arts, storytelling, and exploration! Camp runs Monday - Friday 1:00-4:0 PM each day! Fee: $60.00
Photography Club meeting, TONIGHT @ 6:30 p.m. in the Community Center Conference Room. Join other local photographers to learn, share, and grow! No cost to attend and bring some photos to share if you would like!
Not much time left to sign up for this weekend's Bobby Johnson Summer Bay Classic Half Marathon! The race is $10.00 and all Half Marathon participants will get a custom race decal! 5K fun run participants will also get a decal if we have enough. Race check-in is at 9AM and the race starts at 9:30AM, you can bike or run this course.
PCR 360 Registration for the 2023/24 school year opens TOMORROW (August 1) at 9:00 a.m. !!!

Only a few days left until our last Summer Swim Meet! This month's Swim Meet will be held on Friday, August 4th. Please remember to sign up for your event at the Aquatic Center or PCR.
Maintenance and the Aquatic Center staff have been working hard to get the pool clean, and up and running. We will be extending our opening date to Wednesday (8/2) at 5:30am, to make sure the pool is perfect. Thank you all for your patience and please remember that the Sauna and the Fitness Center are still available during this time.
Today is the last day of Summer Playground Program! Participants will be meeting on Front Beach across from the High School Park and then walking back to the Community Center later in the afternoon for a BBQ party.

Library Mini-Golf returns this Saturday, in our NEWLY RENOVATED library! Test your golf skills on our nine-hole course built out of books and other obstacles. This is a free program for all ages. The Bobby Johnson Summer Bay Classic Half Marathon is quickly approaching. You can run or bike this fun race over the pass and this year all registered participants will receive this custom race decal.
There is so a 5K fun run available for free and we will distribute any leftover decals to those participants as well.
The race is next Saturday, August 5th!!!
