Got a swimmer in Kindergarten – 8th grade who’s ready to improve their skills? Join us on Tuesdays from 3:15–4:30 PM for focused technique and training led by our awesome coaching staff!

Both Youth Soccer Camps will be held inside today (8/12) due to the weather. Please drop off and pick up your player at the Community Center. Thank you!

Get creative and learn how to dye using simple shibori and tie-dye techniques! The library will host an indigo dye workshop on August 27 & 28. The program is repeated, so just sign up for one day. We’ll provide supplies to make three kitchen towels for each participant, but you are welcome to bring your own materials to dye, too. Please wear clothes you don’t mind staining a little bit blue!

This is a free program, but supplies are limited, so please call or visit the library to sign up: (907) 581-5060.

Ages K – adult. Kids ages 10 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

All PCR Facilities Closed on July 4th. In observance of Independence Day, all PCR facilities will be closed tomorrow, July 4th. We encourage everyone to join in the community celebrations! The Independence Day Parade begins at 12:00 Noon in Downtown Unalaska, followed by the Vendor Fair at Kelty Field from 1:00–4:00 PM, hosted by the Unalaska Senior Center and Unalaska Fire Department. Please note: Traffic along the parade route will be stopped from 12:00 to 1:00 PM. Plan your travel accordingly. Have a safe and festive 4th of July!
